Keren has been in the financial service industry since 1982. With qualifications through Adviserlink and Massey University, she specialises in small to medium business markets from Auckland through to Whangarei.

She works collaboratively with ACC to help clients structure their full business insurance packages, particularly in the way ACC levies fit with Income and Mortgage Protection.

Keren prides herself in providing a professional and personal service tailored to the individual requirements of her clients and ensures that she is up to date with the most recent market changes.

Keren is often commended on her ability to clearly and concisely explain insurance jargon. In doing so, she ensures that clients are involved in the decision-making process and that they put in place the appropriate policies for their needs.

As a successful female adviser in a largely male-oriented industry, she is very proud of her accomplishments and enjoys a strong reputation, with many word-of-mouth referrals. Keren is also proactive in ensuring that, as your life grows and changes, your policies adapt and change too. She will challenge underwriters on behalf of clients, particularly during the claims process as she knows from personal experience how difficult this can be.

Married to Tony for over 40 years, Keren has two adult children and five grandchildren. In 2007, Tony underwent intensive radiation treatment and has experienced first-hand the dramatic effect that cancer has on the whole family. She is passionate about the importance of medical and trauma insurance and works hard to ensure her clients are well represented.
